Highway Repair: 15×45′ Off-Ramp area located in Octonto County was raise 2 1/2 inches with polyurethane foam. The ramp was closed for a total of 2 1/2 hours while the concrete repairs were made to fix the low spot.
After holes are drilled in the settled section of highway, polyurethane foam is injected under the slab. The foam expands to fill voids and raise the settled highway section. 15 seconds to expand, 15 minutes to cure. This job took 50 minutes start to finish and used 205 lbs of HMI polyurethane concrete raising material.
